News: New York Times Runs Front-Page Article on U&H Client

The New York Times ran a front-page feature article on Kendall Bailey, a client of Steve Thompson, in the June 18th issue. "A Disabled Swimmer's Dream, a Mother's Fight" details Kendall's struggles to compete in the 2008 Paralympic Games, after American team officials asked that the 19-year-old swimmer be ruled ineligible. Steve represented Kendall in the dispute.

Additionally, Steve serves as principal trial counsel representing athletes in Olympic selection disputes against national governing bodies at the invitation of the U.S. Olympic Committee (USOC). He is one of a select group of lawyers in the country on the USOC’s list for athletes needing legal assistance.
